5 Instagram-Worthy NYC Restaurants this Spring | Gypsy Eats

On the hunt for the hottest, most Instagram-worthy eateries in NYC? Look no further. I've highlighted some of my favorite restaurants and cafes in Manhattan for you guys. The 5 that I chose are so picture-perfect that you won't be able to help but take a photo or two + they're absolutely delicious. From authentic Italian to classic American, there's a menu for every taste. Check it out & if you guys visit any of these places, be sure to comment below and let me know what you thought!

Oficina 1m

Oficina 1M is located in the heart of Nolita, NYC, on the corner of Broome and Mott. You won't find a prettier brunch scene in all of Manhattan. With floral porcelain tea sets and everything from photogenic waffles to flatbreads, it's a must. This restaurant goes open-air in the warmer months and serves up trendy plates with an Italian flare. I've never made it to Oficina 1M for anything but brunch, so if you happen to stop by for dinner, let me know your thoughts!

LES Pizza Beach

I'll be shocked if you haven't seen Pizza Beach's bright blue walls all over Instagram yet. This Instagram-worthy spot is also located in Nolita, on the corner of Orchard and Stanton. They're serving up the most delicious wood fire pizza and source their ingredients from local markets, so everything tastes just as fresh as it looks. This little place isn't confined to pizza, though it's what they're famous for. I highly recommend their burrata and any of their delicious salads. Stop by after 5PM during the week and all day long for day drinking fun on the weekends.

While We Were Young

I'll just be real with you here, in my opinion, While We Were Young is one of, if not, the most instagram-able restaurant in NYC. Lot's of people might disagree, but they're marble countertops, plush pink seating and rainbow-colored cocktails are to die for. While We Were Young is on the corner of 10th and 7th in the West Village area, but has a chic Parisian vibe that will make you want to spend your entire afternoon there.

Bluestone Lane Cafe

Three essential things: berry covered waffles, rainbow wellness lattes, avocado toast. If you aren't convinced yet, you'll just have to experience it for yourself. Bluestone Lane is a popular cafe you've definitely seen around NYC, but a special few of those locations are sit-down eateries. Bluestone's menu features those classic offerings that come to mind when someone mentions “brunch." It's a must if you're ever in the city. Classic never tasted so good.

Impero Caffe

The words boujee & Italian sum up this amazing restaurant located in The Innside Hotel. I actually drove past Impero in an Uber and literally stuck my head out of the window to catch the name. This restaurant is super trendy and chic, a must-go when you're feeling like spoiling yourself with some rich, homestyle Italian food. The service was amazing and if it's nice out I highly recommend eating in their outdoor area. It's as gorgeous as their food (and their waitstaff).
