Gingham Goals & The Pieces You Absolutely Need | Gypsy Style

If you haven’t already jumped onto the gingham trend, now’s the time babes! I teamed up with affordable retailer, She In, to highlight one of my favorite gingham pieces of the season. I honestly really love this dress, the simple shape lets the loud print do all of the talking.

When it comes to prints and patterns that are trending, I try to buy from more affordable brands. Something as loud as gingham can’t stay in trend forever, so I try to avoid spending ridiculous amounts on pieces I know will be out of trend in a season or two. This She In dress is crazy affordable, so it let’s you get in on the trend without making you feel guilty about the purchase when next summer come around and a different print is trending.

I wore this dress out for afternoon tea with fellow blogger, @styledinthestreet. And yes, I’m very well aware of how bougie afternoon tea is 😉 Little side note, if you’ve never been to tea at Oficina 1M in Nolita, you’re really missing out. I styled it with a leather jacket tied around my waist to give a little extra shape to the dress and some more visual interest. Truthfully, though, this dress and most gingham pieces are perfect for almost any occasion. They can be dressed up as easily as they can be dressed down, making it perfect for those day-to-night transitions.

Below I’ve included some of the gingham pieces I’m currently crushing on, including this She In dress and some other pieces that have already made their way in my closet. Click on the items to shop!

I am seeing gingham everywhere right now. It’s definitely a must have trend for fall. You look super fab in this look too and of course that tea place, with the vintage china is adorable.
