I’m getting a jumpstart on one of my resolutions for 2018 with Plated. I’ve been saying that I’m “going to cook more” for months, but never really do. It always really annoyed me that there were so many extra ingredients after I cooked a meal. Plated takes care of all of the shopping, portioning and measuring for me. Honestly, it’s lets me be lazy and still cook (and most importantly, eat) amazing meals.
I pick out my meals from the menu on Plated’s site and they send me all of the pre-measured, ingredients. They include super easy-to-follow instructions, and thank god because I only half-know what I’m doing in the kitchen.
This time around, I went with the White Bean Crostini with Cauliflower Arugula Salad and the Gnocchi Pomodoro with Butternut Squash, Basil and Fresh Mozzarella. I mean… if you think it sound amazing, imagine how it tasted. Their menu shifts on a constant basis, so I always have the opportunity to try new dishes.
