I finally decided to write a blog post on the salad recipe that you've seen on my Instagram stories for the past month or so. This salad is a must. I might actually be developing an addition to it.. I swear, it's that good. It's successfully replaced my cravings for sweets (and carbs) and leaves me feeling not just satisfied, but actually full.
The basics of the ingredients in the graphic above, and it's pretty self explanatory, aside from the roasted chick peas. Below I've included my quick-and-easy recipe for roasted chick peas. Yes, it really does make a difference roasting the chick peas versus adding them raw.
